Well who isn't a fan of Martha Stewart? We definitely are. We think she is great and we're thrilled that she likes us too. We would like to thank her so much for mentioning us in her wonderful new cupcake book. The book is awesome and we are so happy to have our shops name in there. Violets is taking a much needed vacation next week. The shop will be closed Tuesday 8/11 through Saturday 8/15. We will open again the following Tuesday 8/18. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll see you all when we get back!!!

Did you know that Violets does mini cupcakes too? All you have to do is order them at least one day in advance and pick whichever flavors you would like off the menu (order off the day you will be picking them up). There is no minimum amount to place the order and we even do custom designs on your minis if you would like.

Here at Violets we were lucky enough to do the cake and cupcakes for Charlie and Brooke Sheens baby shower. The owner Denise did the cake which turned out great! Some of us went to set up and stayed to help the kids there decorate cupcakes. Everything at the shower looked great along with the happy couple. They looked very happy and everyone seemed to have a great time. Here are some pictures from the shower.

Christmas Vacation Schedule

Violets will be closed for Christmas Vacation Thursday December 25 through Saturday January 5. We will only be opened until 1p.m. on Christmas Eve December 24. But we will be having a very special Christmas menu that day. We suggest that orders be placed in advance especially for custom holiday decorations.

Next week Violets will only be open Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be closed for Thanksgiving through the rest of the weekend. We recommend that all Thanksgiving orders be placed in advanced if at all possible.
